ME Prepcourse

Hey there! Just a few days ago, I went to a prep course in preparation for my life as a Management Engineering (ME) student. Generally, it was so fun! During the first day, we listened to talks about the program itself, and there is one thing that is always mentioned:

"Look to your right. Now, look to your left. Only one of you will be able to graduate in ME."

This quote has different meanings, but only one thing is clear: ME is a difficult program. That is why I should study hard. Hahaha! Anyway, enough of the talks! After that, we had a sort of getting-to-know activity with my groupmates! Well, being the quiet person that I am, I'm thankful that most of them are approachable and easy to talk to. Yaaay! Moving on, we had our very first team building activity after that. It involved a business/Amazing Race type. So that's it for the first day!

On the second day, we also had more talks. Yup, they wouldn't stop scaring us. Hahaha kidding! Following the talks is another team building activity, which involved making a Disney presentation. We ended up performing Tarzan yaaay! That's basically the second day.

The last day was the most fun among those three days! We first had a talent show. Gosh, I had to make a fool of myself there. Hahaha! After the talent show was Amazing Race wherein we had to do different challenges, and I can tell you, those challenges weren't easy! Oh, and the best thing about that: It was raining really hard. It was fun, nonetheless.

Here's a photo of us as a batch!

That's all for now! Until next time.

Cambodia: Floating Village

Hey there! So on the third day of our Cambodia trip, we went to a floating village. I mean it's literally a floating village. Haha! The houses, school, chapel, and the market are all on a lake. Awesome, right? Okay, now for the pictures!

After the Floating Village, we went to a war museum. I got to see all those cool guns! Awesomeness. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the pictures, so for now, I won't post it.

For the last day, we just went shopping.
Overall, Cambodia was a fun trip! Although I was a bit of a diva 'cause of the heat (As if I wasn't used to it haha), I still got to bond with my family.
Well, that's all for now! Until next time.

Angkor Wat!

On the second day of our Cambodia trip, we went to Angkor Wat! Also, it was the hottest day throughout our entire trip, so you could only imagine what it was like. Hahaha! Oh, and when we went to Angkor Wat, there were so many tourists! Anyway, here are the pictures:

To be honest, Angkor Wat wasn't really my favorite sighting there. The next one, on the other hand, is. Check it out! It's like exploring a tomb.

It looks like an elephant, right?

Well, that's all for now. Until next time.

It's A Holiday in Cambodia

Hello there, readers! Well, it's been a while since I last posted here. As promised, I will finally tell our experience in Cambodia.

Well, the first thing that I will say about Cambodia is that it's really hot! I swear, I was sweating buckets when we were there (exaggeration haha). Also, the temples there were really nice! It's like Temple Run, only the floors weren't flat, and we weren't chased by monster monkeys or whatever. Hahaha!

Anyway, on the first day, we immediately went straight to the first set of temples:

Yes, that's me with my family. My dad took this haha. This is just part of a gate. Brace yourselves.

So that's the first temple we went to! I think this is Angkor Thom.

My brothers!

Yup, that's me. I finally decided to show myself. Hahaha!

That's where Angelina Jolie stood in Tomb Raider! Awesome, right?

So we had some sort of a stopover at one of the temples. We didn't have anything to do, so we had some sort of a pictorial!

After the temple trips, we went to a buffet dinner venue wherein they also show the traditional dances in Cambodia.

I found a Mario Maurer lookalike dancer there! Heehee.

Well, that's it for now! I'm going to talk about the main attraction of Siem Reap in the next post: Angkor Wat! Until next time.
